Reiki Sessions
Reiki means 'Universal Life Force Energy' in Japanese. It is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing and is administered by "laying on hands". It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The technique opens up the chakras and de-stresses the body, bringing emotional, mental, physical and spiritual centers into harmony. As a Reiki Master, I practice this non intrusive hands on healing approach which is especially relaxing and beneficial for today’s always too busy business professional.
